In 2016 we were tasked to reimagine the Dyson commerce experience.
Through 24x2 week sprints, we designed the Dyson user experience from top to bottom. Starting with the user’s first contact with the brand, through selecting the product and purchase journey, to the post-purchase support. The biggest challenges of this project were to design for more than 10 markets, all of them with different variants of products and with different requirements.
Close collaboration and rapid prototyping and testing were key to the success of the project. In addition, constant communication with the client and the third-party development team ensured that all the requirements were met within a feasible technical solution.
